That’s My Secret; I’m Always Angry: A Breakdown of The Hulk and Emotions

About this Training

The Hulk is many things: a nearly-unstoppable destructive force, the alter-ego of Bruce Banner, and an adept allegory for rage. However, with the advent of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, we have seen a character long perceived to be thoughtless and violent transform into a deep, thoughtful, logical, and empathetic individual over the course of the films. This training will look into the history, psychology, struggles, and overall journey of Bruce Banner/The Hulk and then discuss how these themes could translate into a therapeutic setting.
