Kingdom Hearts and Mindfulness

About this Training

Kingdom Hearts is all about the battle between Light and Darkness. The entire franchise is loaded with heroic efforts that are truly hidden Mindfulness tricks and techniques. Mindfulness is available to us in every moment, whether through meditations and body scans, or mindful moment practices like taking time to pause and breathe when the phone rings instead of rushing to answer it. The goal of mindfulness meditation is to wake up to the inner workings of our mental, emotional, and physical processes. These videos consist of guided meditation aspects to help calm the mind, energize the spirit, and sooth the soul. This training will give insight into how to help others view the epic franchise storytelling in a holistic and insightful manner. Together, we can find Enlightenment, also known as Kingdom Hearts!
